“I’m Running for City Council because I Love Burnsville, and Together I Believe We can Revitalize Our City!”

It would be a privilege to be a voice for the things that matter to our seniors, the youth and everyone

in-between.

Elect Kriystauhl Fitchett

As sitting Chair for the Burnsville Economic Development Commission, I’ve heard from many of you. You’ve expressed your concerns about improving the school district, affordable housing, more spaces for families to enjoy, and there is real work to be done.

You’ve said that there is a need to increase public safety; and, without the necessary council member votes to increase funding for our police and fire departments, we will continue to lose more personnel and services.

You also said we need access to affordable high-speed internet and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more people are working from home and stronger broadband services has become a dire necessity.

You’ve shared ideas about redevelopment for the Burnsville mall and vacant buildings throughout the community, and those ideas were presented to the council, and again, without the necessary council member votes, redevelopment for our community will remain underdeveloped.

Burnsville can be a more vibrant, beautiful and welcoming community filled with fun activities for families to enjoy, and I’d like to count on your vote to help us get there.
